V For Vendetta
"V" in the movie V For Vendetta is one of my favorite charters in any movie. He is a very dark, smart, straight to the point kind of guy. The entire movie you never see his face but they build so much charter it does not even bother me. He is known for doing things the old fashion way. For instance he uses knives when everyone else has guns, he also believes that violence can be used for good. The movie is based on a corrupt high chancellor (the president in this movie) that uses a deadly virus to elect him to be high chancellor. But V finds this to be annoying so he brings justice down on him and all of the lower ranking chair men and women. In conclusion I like V because he has a very interesting view on life.

Drop Dead Fred
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgh27gCgiQw
When i was little i would always watch Drop Dead Fred even though it scared me every single time i watched it. Rik Mayall who plays Fred was such a jumpy character and i think thats what scared me the most. I never had an invisible friend but watching this when i was younger and seeing how see interacted with him and how much fun and trouble they got in always made me kinda want one. And i still watch this movie all the time, its a little cheesy as i watch it now but its still one of my favorites.

Uncle Buck
Uncle Buck has always been one of my favorite comedies and I think its one of the best family comedies ever. When I was younger I watched this movie whenever it was on tv and would try to get it played whenever the family wanted to watch a movie together. John Candy's performance is very memorable and his one liners and odd mannerisms and total ignorance of how to run a normal house hold drives the movie. His unusual interactions with his niece and nephews is really funny and the situations created i still find as being very original. John Hughes the writer, and director of this movie is a master of comedy and almost every single one of his films are amazing. Ill never get tired of watching Uncle Buck.

This is an early on scene from The Royal Tenenbaums. Most of the scenes in this movie are symmetrical, however this one is not. This scene has depth because Margot is so close to the front and Etheline is farther back. What I really like about this scene is how Royal’s head is cut off. This goes to show that even though he is there no one is really wanting him to be and is trying to drown him out in their minds. Like throughout the whole movie the colors are all very soft tones.

Billy the kid
I thought Billy the kid was a weird film. Billy was not a normal kid and I thought it was cool to film someone that isn't like everyone else. I didn't like how they got his first girl friend and his first heart break on film though thats really personal and I'd be mad if that happend to me because it would make me feel worse knowing other people can see how I got treated. Billy did let them do it so he migh of know what it could of caused from it.
billy the kid
billy the kid was interesting, but it didnt affect me in any way or change my view on anything. it seemed like just another documentary. i wanted some form of emotion to come into play with me. i didnt ever feel sad, angry, upset, happy or anything in between. i thought it was an interesting documentary about a troubles boy who had problems in his highschool life. nothing really shook me or made me want to find out more about his life. it was good but not amazing.
Billy The Kid.
I thought that Billy the Kid was an interesting documentary. I loved that way it captured the life of a kid who everyone else thought was annoying and avoided. For once Billy got to tell the world how he felt. There were however some times that I think the documentary might have gone a little too far. Showing all the details with Billy and the girl he liked was difficult. Also the audio from the answering machine should have probably been left out. I also understand that it is very hard to decide what to put into a documentary and what to leave out. Overall I would say that this was well done. <3>

The turning point in the movie alpha dog is when the younger brother of a drug dealer who owes money to another dealer is kidnapped and held for ransom. The climax of the film is when the younger brother is taken up into the remote desert hills and executed because they were afraid he was going to tell who did it.
